Hi all,

I’m try to configure a basic probe 3454 on my SCS network

MyHOME_UP app version is 3.0.3

MyHOMEServer1 version is 2.32.49

MyHome Suite version is 03.05.15

The basic probe is connected on the SCS network and the LED is turn on

by MyHOME_UP app I’m not able to add the basic probe using  “start the procedure”

by MyHomeSuite or by MyHOME_UP the searching tool does not find the basic probe

by MyHomeSuite I search the specific basic probe address without answer

Any suggestions?
