Hi Sandro,

Can you verify you use the correct PlantID and that the access_token used in the header is correct too ?

Now it’s ok but I don’t receive notifications

What kind of calls are made by C2C?

Post? Get?

Could you check what errors have in your logs?

Bye

Sandro

Hi Sandro,

After checking the logs, you seem to have a certificate error on the endpoint you use : {“error”:”certificate has expired”}

Fixing it should resolve your C2C issue

"certificato"

Updated but I don’t receive notification

Hi,

It’s a self-signed certificate. For security reasons we don’t allow that kind of certificate (I will specify it on the tutorial)

You need a certificate provided by AWS or Azure for example

I created a Let’s Encrypt certificate. And it works for normal get calls

No notifications

"certificato1"

"certificato"

I tested with postman the POST inizial request and my server asnwer right as per you tutorial

"certificato2"

We don’t see any publication on your endpoint since this morning at 9:43AM

Did you triggered an event ? Like “scene launch” for example

Now it work’s

Thank you so much

Sandro
