Can’t manually calibrate K4027C

Hi Leslie,

I just installed a new K402C. I’m trying to manually calibrate it but I can’t. in the app, after clicking on manual calibration the screen loads for a second and then blank screen. when I try the manual calibration method without the app (by pressing both buttons for 10 sec) the shutters go up and then I can’t do anything and I need to power cycle it.

 

any idea?

Hi Elkabetz,

For the in-app configuration, it seems more like a problem in the application. You could first try to kill the app, empty its cache and relauch it. If it still doesn’t work you must contact directly the Customer Support of your country by giving them your app version. On my side I see your device correctly configured, and I don’t see any related internal ticket for this

Concerning the manual calibration without the app, the process should be the following :

Press up + down buttons until le LED blinks in orange, then :

1

Start calibration (order product to start calibration mode → blink orange)
The shutter goes up to max

2

Press down until 50% closed

3

Press down until 100% closed

4

Press up until 100% open

5

Press down until 100% closed

If you correctly followed the process and if it still does not work, you can also report that to the support
