Hello,

I would like to replace my current Legrand gateway (starter pack 067700) by the Driva model (Legrand reference 412181)
How can I do?
Should I just include the new one and delete the old one?
Will all my equipment connect to the new one?

Hello Christophe,

The Control module in Drivia electrical panel works the same way as the Control plug gateway

Once installed and in the case you want to connect it to an existing Home, you will receive a message looking like the following : “We found the xxx gateway already linked in xxx. Do you want to replace your current gateway by a new one ?”

Unfortunately, it seems to erase the previous installation in order just to integrate it. More precisely :

Before : Gateway 1 with rooms, products, scenes, planning, guests

After : Gateway 2 with only empty rooms and guests

There is an ongoing investigation to improve this behaviour
