Few days ago a message “Click here to conclude the configuration.” started to show in my Home+Control mobile app and it’s impossible to use app for anything, because all the commands inside the rooms are disabled. When I start the procedure, there is an error “Invalid room_id”. The app was working fine for many years now (since I upgraded from MyHome_Up).

Why is this suddenly happening and how to solve this?

Here is the answer I got from our internal support :

I think that it is necessary to check the internal MHS1 configuration.

So we need to schedule a remote connection to the plant.

For this scope we need:

• pc with anydesk program

• pc windows 10 / 11

• usb cable to connect pc to MHS1

• Myhomesuite software already installed on pc

I advise you to contact the customer support of your country to organize the remote connection with them
