Hi all,

I have 4 F520 meters connected on my bus, 2 older (around 2015) and 2 newer.
On one of the older ones I need to enable the ‘Toroid direction management’ setting.

However, I get an error in MyHOME_Suite when I send the configuration saying that:

Current firmware of device ‘F520 (Bus meter with memory 3-inputs for toroids – 1 DIN)’ with ID ‘xxxxxxxx’ does not manage the parameter ”Toroid direction management’ on module ‘1”

How can I update the firmware on these? Where can I find the newest firmware for them?

Hello Julien,

I asked the question internally. Here is the answer I get :

The function ”Toroid direction management ” is integrated to the F520 on products built after October 2016. It’s not possible to update this firmware
