The issue seems to be identified (a firewall update). The amount of 500 errors decreased since yesterday and they are working to fix the remaining

For feedback about the issue : the teams restarted some services, the amount of 500 errors is divided by 10 but we always retrieve an abnormal 500 errors rate

They have now a new clue : the issue seems to have started at the moment of a Cloud firewall update. They are investigating in this way to find the root cause
