How to reset Legrand rolling shutter? Please help, going insane.

This might not be the best place to ask, but I’m running out of ideas.

Hello all,

I have electronic rolling shutters in a new apartment I’m renting.

The problem is that from time to time they get “stuck” at a certain height and refuse to go up all the way. So far I haven’t been able to figure out a pattern to this.

This is how the switch looks like: https://i.ibb.co/WHkRRZz/second.jpg

This is the current shutter height it will go up to: https://i.ibb.co/Dkw7HGG/first.jpg

From what I could find this is the model – LEGRAND – 764611 NILOE: https://www.legrand.com/ecatalogue/764611-shutter-control-switch-niloe-3.html

When I called the maintenance crew to fix this the guy came in, played with that switch and the shutters went all the way up. For some reason he refused to share how he did this.

So my question is: how do I do this?!

There has to be some sequence of button presses to reset it and make it go all the way up.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hello Nikolic,

This forum is aimed at connected devices, so unfortunately I doubt you will be able to find an answer here 🙁

You could try to call the Legrand Customer Support of your country, they maybe know the trick the maintenance guy did

Have a good day,
