Legrand outlet 752194 not updating beyond firmware 62

Greetings from Greece.

I have bought three new connected outlets (Valena Life with netatmo #752194) and installed them to expand my home installation.

One of the three has updated to firmware 83 but the other two are stuck on firmware 62.

My gateway is running firmware 602.

I have removed one and readded to Home+Control app on my iPhone, but the firmware is still not updating.

It is already 3 days since the original installation, but nothing changes.

The only difference  between them is that the one that has updated has serial number of the form 00:04:74:00:00:0a:xx:yy and the two that are not updating have serial number of the form 00:04:74:00:00:25:xx:yy.

All other outlets in my home are already updated to firmware 83.

Any idea on how to force them to update to the latest firmware?

Hello Ilias,

The firmware update process is automatic, but it can take time (up to 2 weeks sometimes). Unfortunately, it can’t be forced for the plugs of the installation

I will leave it as is and hopefully they will update.

Finally all my outlets are now upgraded to version 83.

It took its time.
