Manual pairing sequence for LG-574201

Hello!

I recently bought a Arteor Netatmo kit and it’s working well using the Home Control app. However, I want to disconnect and use it with my own hub within Home Assistant. I’m trying to get it paired with ZBT-2 on Home Assistant, using this guide: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/067771.html However, it simply doesn’t work. I understand that some old switches needed to be on Channel 11 but the latest firmware has made it redundant. Since I’m not able to find out the firmware of all the devices, what would be the best way to do it? Even before I can worry about the channels, I want to see a sequence light up to help me understand if I’m even doing it correctly.

Any help will be greatly appreciated since it has killed nearly 2 hours of my time trying different combinations 🙂

Hope I’ve included all the required information for someone from Legrand to help me here? 🙂

Is this forum active? Can anyone please let me know what is the right way to do this?

Hello,

Concerning Zigbee 3.0 firmware you can download them here : https://developer.legrand.com/production-firmware-download/. This device from the documentation you sent is a NLF. The LG-574201 is a NLL (light switch with neutral)

As Z3.0 integrations are custom, we can’t bring help on Legrand side concerning configuration problems

Have a good day,

Thanks for the reply Leslie. I’m more concerned about the pairing sequence to start off rather than the firmware itself. Can you please let me know how to go about this?

Bumping this up for better visibility so that I can really get this going 🙂
