Good morning to all, I have a customer with a F452 webserver that is used as gateway from a custom application.

Yesterday the webserver stops functioning (it was 13 years old..) so i’m looking for a solution.

I’m looking if someone has a spare part.

But eventually i want to know if is possible to replace the old F452 with a new model.

My application open two sessions (a command and a monitor session) but it skips the autentication phase (i have entered the computer ip address in the allowed ip list, so i don’t need to perform the autentication).

The new webservers are backward compatible with the f452?

PS: If someone on the forum has an old F452 webserver…. i’m interested in buying it.

the replacement with the latest webserver should be transparent, as it works as a gateway. be aware that you may have issues if using F422 in the logic expansion mode, I am not certain the new webserver supports that (still can’t figure out why this feature would have been removed)
