Shutter Tilt Steps and Calibration issues

Hi Users, hi Leslie,

it’s a long time ago when I made the calibration on my ventian blinds with the 1st gen NLV wired shutters. It worked so far perfectly. Now i switched from the official gateway to Zigbee2mqtt, therefore i made a factory reset, which required a new calibration. The firmware should be the latest (63).

At the end of the calibration, the blind tilts step by step. until I release the up button as soon as the fully open position is reached. I assume this time or steps are used to measure the flipping the slats. The orange light disappears, therefore i think the calibration is done. When tilting the blind from closed to fully open, it’s just half open. I repeated this proceedure several times without success. Even if I press the button at the tilt calibration much longer, it won’t change anything.

Suprisingly, I managed one shutter (same shutter and exaktly same blind motor, length etc) to tilt from fully closed to fully open. If i long press the open button, the time the motor runs at each step is significantly longer. I’ve no idea how i have done this.

I have now spend several hours, but now I’m at a loss as to how to get the tilt calibration right—better and more consistently.
