Hi Leslie,

I have just installed K4003C switch that was supplied with verion 28. after few hours it automatically updated to version 44 (like all of my other K4003C switches). in the version list in this site, NLL version is 54. why i dont get the newest version?

I tried contacting the support in my country (Israel) but they are not responsive at all!

Hello Elkabetz,

There was a rollback on NLL-54 version due to possible loop updates with the Legrand/Bticino gateway. The v.54 will be redeployed with the future NLG-6xx firmware version

The version in Production now is NLL-44, so you are up-to-date 😉
