When will the CLASSE300 EOS Intercom can work as a Zigbee hub?
I’ve an installtion with both MyHomeServer1 and Classe300 EOS device.
AFAIK, the Classe300 EOS suppose to support Zigbee hub and as an application hub, when will it be supported?
Thanks
Hello all,
I unfortunately don’t have an availability date for the conversion of the C300EOS in a ZigBee hub 🙁
I think it’s not a priority subject for Netatmo … I hope to get more info during 2023

I wanted to kindly ask if there is any update from the dev team to the release of this feature or if it has been permanently discontinued.
Thank you
Hi, like Andrea im also waiting way to long for these promised feature! Any News?
Also, like a previus post i remark that the world of domotics is moving to matter standard. it’s incredible that a company such as Legrand do not update their zigbee hub as a matter bridge (or make a new matter bridge for us to buy) for local control with matter… remote servers are not reaiable in domotics. This is my humble opinion ofc.
thk for your time

I find it quite disappointing that the Classe 300EOS with Netatmo has been marketed and sold with promised Zigbee functionality (https://www.bticino.com/sites/default/files/2024-02/2%20wires%20door%20entry%20system.pdf, and https://dar.bticino.com/asset/Documents/RA00215AA_I_EN.pdf), yet as of July 2025, there is still no sign of actual support.

To make matters worse, it appears that adding a standalone Zigbee gateway (such as the Bticino FC80GT) to a Home controlled by the Classe 300EOS with Netatmo is not supported either. This effectively blocks any integration of Legrand/Bticino Zigbee wireless modules (for lighting, shutters, etc.), which were expected to work within the ecosystem.

This leaves users who invested in these products in a frustrating position, with no clear workaround or timeline for resolution. I would really appreciate an official update from Legrand or a response from the community manager on whether Zigbee support is still planned – and if so, when we can realistically expect it.

Thank you in advance.
