White Temperature command – Dimension = 14

<p>I can’t change the white temperature of my DALI 2 lights. The OpenWebNet comand I am sending to the bus is “*#1*09*#14*333##” to set the light to 3000K as shown in the documentation. I am getting  NACK no meter what value I set for <wt>. Please tell me if I am using the correct command to set white light temperature.</p>

<p>Just to clarify I am using f461 and F429G. </p>

Hello,

I asked the question to our internal support. I’ll tell you once I have their answer

Here is the answer from the support :

“The frame you are using (#109*#14*333##) is correct.

I tested it on my setup and the result is as expected: the DALI light at address 09 correctly changes the white temperature.

Please verify that your F461 is updated to the latest firmware version.”

<p>Hello,</p><p>I was able to change the light temperature. The problem was with the DALI scan. I did a initial scan again and the light started to change withe temperature. The commands in the WHO1 documentation are incorrect:</p><p>*#1*<where>#14*<wt>##</p><p>*#1*<where>#12*<hue>*<saturation>*<value>##</p><p>You should fix them so there is no confusion.</p>
