Hi team,

I have legrand arteor series automation switches at home. They are working on zigbee protocol. Now i want all  switches to work also from my phone and for that i require a gateway. I have couple of questions

1. Can i buy any zigbee gateway that will work or i need to use only legrand gateway?

2. Any recommended legrand and non legrand gateway?

Let me know if any additional info is needed.

Hello Tosheer,

Your installation seems to be a MyHOME one. To manage it with your phone you need a F454 local server in your electrical cabinet

You can’t use any third-party ZigBee hub with it. It’s not possible too with the Legrand Gateway which is dedicated to Wired devices “… with Netatmo” solution. Modules from this solution can be used also in ZigBee 3.0 mode (so, without the Legrand Gateway)

The best is to contact directly the Customer Support of your country in order to know what is the best for you to do
