Hi should K4570CW be available in homekit? I don’t see it and K4575CW should be homekit available so don’t understand why K4570CW shouldn’t.

the device is FC80GCS with firmware v74. but I don’t see it in HomeKit as a sensor

To find your Smart load shedder in Home + Control app : go in the room where you put it > click on the pen icon in the corner of the app > you will find it with the configuration possibilities

I don’t find information about a possibility to manage it via HomeKit. I think it’s not implemented and I’m not sure if it’s possible

I updated the gateway firmware as you suggested but the K4570CW is no longer available on apple home app like before, but it’s still present on H+C app. I tried to remove the gateway from apple home app but is no longer available….any suggestion?

Se actualizaron las versiones de mis productos, pero veo que el elemento K4570CW sigue teniendo el mismo problema que antes. Paso a explicar:

– Escenario inalambrico K4570CW correctamente asociado en H+C y Homekit

– Configuro la acción del escenario “Entrar” o “Salir” en H+C y ejecuta correctamente la instrucción cuando pulso un botón físico del escenario o cuando lo pulso a través de la aplicación.

– En Homekit configuro la acción del “Botón 1” y el “Botón 2” y cuando los pulso a través de Homekit funcionan correctamente.

– Sin embargo, cuando pulso el botón físico del escenario inalambrico K4570CW no hace nada.

Mi problema es que:

– quiero poner el escenario K4570CW en la entrada de casa, para que se pueda accionar al salir o entrar en casa sin necesidad de pulsarlo a través de la aplicación Homekit

– quiero automatizar más elementos que no son de Legrand, y por lo tanto no los tengo en H+C

Firmware:

– Gateway KG4501C: 307

– K4570CW: 63

Indeed, it’s a known problem on HomeKit and teams are currently making different tests and analysis to see what is happening and fix it

Hi all, i have a similar problem, I’ve installed 2 months ago my Btcino smart home and I’ve never have in HomeKit the away/enter switch exposed.Is there something I can do to solve my situation?
I’ve tried to reset the home/away and re connect but nothing
It would be very helpful to control also other devices that aren’t in the home+control app.
