When will the Door Entry app be migrated to the Home + Security app? it has been many years. Below are the product codes that are not migrate

BT-344682, BT-344932, BT-344786: Door Entry CLASSE100X

BT-344642, BT-344643: Door Entry CLASSE300X

BT-3488, BT-3488W, LG-067259: Door Entry for HOMETOUCH

BT-318011/12/15, LG-369420/30, BT-332851/52/55, LG-369425/35: Door Entry EASYKIT

A funny thing integration with the Legrand system is that

MHserver1 & F460 New Web Server can be Control Home + Control App

Home Touch 3488 Can Be Control Door Entry App

Bugler Alarm System 4200C Can Bed Control Home + Security .

This is like Smart Home System ?  3 apps ?

Concerning the C300X + HomeTouch, it’s not planned to migrate them to Netatmo’s infrastructure. So, these devices will stay only available on their dedicated app

Concerning the C100X, C100X “… with Netatmo” devices work with Home + Security app. The devices that will not be migrated were produced before these dates :

344682   23W23
364614   23W22

Ok, but how can I interact with the system then if the Work wih Legrand API has been powered off?

I’m stuck too, I have a C100X and I’m tryin to figure out how to interact with it, even if only local.

OpenWebNet local protocol is only available for MyHOME system (https://developer.legrand.com/solutions/myhome/)

As said previously, there is unfortunately no way to interact with C300X and non-migrated C100X via the former Cloud API nor in a local way. These devices can only be used via their respective native apps

It’s a decision that I do not understand also because the device is the last to have been developed while previous models have been migrated.

If I had known, I would not have invested my money in the MHS and Hometouch combination.

Knowing now that I can replace both with a single 300EOS is truly saddening.
