Smarther API is answering “statusCode”: “404”,”message”: “Gateway Offline”

This morning my client application (openhab binding) sent calls every 5 seconds since the gateway was unreacheable, and it is also possible that the 500 calls limit has been exceeded.

Are there any server side issues with smarther API?

In case the API calls limit has been exceeded, the answer is still “404: gateway offline” or is there a specific answer?

Hello Leslie, i’m still having troubles with my themostats (i’ve got three smarther).
I’ve a lot of errors “404” “Gateway offline” and “408” “Request Timeout”.
My app thermostat sometimef fails too.
My Internet connection works fine as i can see.

Api fail too if i try from portal.developer web site.

Indeed, I redid a test and all GET calls (excepted Topology and Plants) and all POST calls lead to a 404 or 408 error. The system seems not really stable as from time to time it works well

I reported it to the developers, I’m waiting for their feedback and I’ll tell you once I know more

I have the confirmation from the team that there are instabilities since Monday, impacting around 50% of Smarther. They work on a fix and tell me once it’s done

i’m here to confirm that i also have randomly timed issues since monday while API is not responding correctly for some minutes.

starting today, i cannot get API functionality since 15:28 CET.
